Ingredients:

1. 2-3  beaten eggs, add salt and pepper; 2. garlic, onions, or whatever veggies you have.

How to: On low/medium heat, sauté onions and garlic together. Add the veggies. Lastly, add the beaten eggs. Cover for a few minutes till done.

1 cup all-purpose flour; 2 tsp baking powder; 1/8 cup sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 egg; ½ cup milk, plus more if necessary; 2 TBSP butter, melted and slightly cooled, OR 2TBSP oil, plus more for cooking. How to: Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and cooled melted butter or oil until evenly combined.

Pour the milk/egg mixture and the into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. If the batter seems too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons more milk. Cook 1/4 cup batter over low/medium heat. Flip when bubbles form.

Next, add oil and saute garlic, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Lastly, add the bell pepper and the cooked eggs back in the pan till bell pepper's cooked the way you like it.
